We are currently looking for a passionate Digital Advertising and Design specialist with UX / UI Web Design background to join our creative team. In this challenging role, you will collaborate in a thoughtful and generative way with the team to create result driven digital advertising strategies and design/develop websites with the entire team. The ideal candidate must bring meticulous attention to detail and quality assurance, including accessibility standards. The individual must possess strong technical and software skills ranging from Adobe suite of products to Microsoft office 365 including strong XL capability. You must also have strong communication and presentation abilities.

Qualifications:  

Strong design and aesthetic sense  

Solid understanding and implementation of SEO standards  

Ability to create captivating and result driven digital ads  

HTML 5/Dynamic content creation  

Minimum 5 years of experience as a web UX / UI developer  

WordPress expertise including plugins and 3rd party marketplace  

Ability to create custom templates  

Proven ability to build responsive design and cross-browser compatibility  

Fluency in web analytics tools  

Understands various digital advertising platforms such as Facebook,Google etc..  

Working knowledge of CSS, HTML, JavaScript, PHP, .NET, SQL and MySQL  

Experience with CRM integration e.g. Salesforce or similar  

Strong understanding of security principles  

Strong time management ability to meet changing priorities while meeting strict deadlines.  

Experience working in a highly collaborative environment

Compensation includes bonuses, perks
Range between $27-$40/hour ( based on experience and skill)
