Bookkeeper / Office Assistant

Epic is a boutique creative agency based in downtown vancouver. We currently have an opening for a bookkeeper and administrative support position. We are looking for someone with expert knowledge of Quickbooks 2013 and someone who understands accounting for service based companies. The ideal candidate should have full working knowledge of Quickbooks as well as cashflow projections. We’re often dealing with retainers,deposits and dynamically changing contracts, hence it requires meticulous follow ups and detailed reporting.

Job Duties include:
AR/AP, Payroll, GST
Administrative Support
Bi-weekly reporting and Projections
Filing, Paperwork organization
Maintain various contract records and Employee records
Client/Vendor communication where necessary
Administrative support

– Post-secondary education
– Accounting, Bookkeeping focused
– Quickbooks 2013
– Knowlege of human resource procedures
– Super organized

– Office setting
– Creative/Design Related

-Based upon qualifications and experience (Hourly or Salary)
