We are now looking to expand our horizons and deepen our market impact with the addition of an experienced Business Development Manager to our Vancouver-based team.

The Role:As a Business Development Manager at Epic Inspired, your role is pivotal to the expansion of our business and the strengthening of our market presence. You will act as the driving force behind new business opportunities, fostering long-term relationships with clients, and ensuring the continued success of our sales and account management functions. Your strategic approach to sales and client service will play a critical role in our mission to reach new heights.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and secure new business opportunities, developing strategies to penetrate key markets effectively.
• Cultivate strong client relationships, managing accounts with the utmost dedication and an eye towards long-term partnership.
• Deliver persuasive pitches to potential clients, showcasing Epic Inspired’s unique value proposition in the luxury marketing space.
• Collaborate closely with the creative team to ensure client visions are realized with precision and creativity.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity, advising on potential actions to maintain and enhance our market position.
• Exceed sales targets while contributing to the overall growth strategy of the company.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field, ideally within the creative, marketing, or luxury brand sectors.
• Adept at negotiating and closing deals, with a track record of meeting and surpassing sales targets.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to develop strong client relationships.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to operate both independently and as part of a dynamic team.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Driven, with a keen interest in the growth and success of Epic Inspired.
